  • You’ll meet the hiring company in an informal setting to explore mutual fit and culture alignment. Sometimes we might send out a personality test prior to the meeting - in that way we can focus the conversations on the most relevant issues.

  • All the way throughout the process, we will guide you and be as transparent as possible, so you know where you are in the process. We expect you to be the same.

  • If both parties decide to proceeed, you’ll participate in structured interviews with other key decision-makers at the company. In that way we can get to know you even better, and you can get under the skin of the company, the role, and the culture.

  • Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete assessments, technical tests, or case exercises. We will inform and guide you throughout the process

  • If you're not selected, we provide clear, constructive feedback. If you're moving forward, we’ll guide you through the next steps - including collecting 2-3 references.

  • When you receive an offer, we support you through contract negotiations and onboarding to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition.

  • We stay connected to support your long-term success/career - typically checking in after a few months in your new role. For us you are not just a new hire, but a relation to be nurtured.
