Submit your application - we’ll review your profile to assess potential alignment. Please be aware that it can take some time, before you hear back from us.

We reach out to potential candidates on LinkedIn and read through the applications. If your profile is a match, we’ll contact you to discuss the role and your expectations.

We’ll conduct in-depth conversations to understand your skills, experience, and career goals. Both to find out if you are a match to the role - but just as important to see if the role and the company align with your aspirations and expectations.

You’ll meet the hiring company in an informal setting to explore mutual fit and culture alignment. Sometimes we might send out a personality test prior to the meeting - in that way we can focus the conversations on the most relevant issues.

All the way throughout the process, we will guide you and be as transparent as possible, so you know where you are in the process. We expect you to be the same.

If both parties decide to proceeed, you’ll participate in structured interviews with other key decision-makers at the company. In that way we can get to know you even better, and you can get under the skin of the company, the role, and the culture.

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete assessments, technical tests, or case exercises. We will inform and guide you throughout the process

If you're not selected, we provide clear, constructive feedback. If you're moving forward, we’ll guide you through the next steps - including collecting 2-3 references.

When you receive an offer, we support you through contract negotiations and onboarding to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition.

Pssst... some tips & tricks to nail the interview(s)

1. Be clear about your motivation
Companies don’t just evaluate your skills—they want to understand why you’re interested in the role. Be ready to explain what excites you about the company and the position, and how it aligns with your long-term goals.

2. Do your research
Take time to explore the company’s mission, culture, structure, and recent projects before your interviews. A bit of research goes a long way in showing genuine interest and initiative.

3. Prepare for the chemistry meeting
This is your chance to evaluate whether the company and hiring manager are the right fit for you. Come with an open mind, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect on whether the work environment and leadership style match your expectations.

4. Show, don’t just tell
Use concrete examples to demonstrate your skills and achievements. Whether it’s leading a project, solving a technical challenge, or improving a process - specific, real-life examples leave a lasting impression.

5. Be honest about your strengths and development areas
You’re not expected to be perfect. The companies we work with value self-awareness and a growth mindset. Be open about what you do well and where you hope to grow in your next role.

6. Approach tests and cases strategically
When completing a case, consider what is really being evaluated: technical, logical, communication, and/or collaboration skills? Hiring managers are often more interested in your attitude and approach than the answer.

Constructive feedback is valuable - whether you get the job or not. Use it to refine your approach, polish your presentation, and better highlight your personality, skills, and experience.
