You are offered to take a personality test, including a short feedback session. In this way, a shared understanding and a common language about personal leadership competencies among the members is created.
Leadership coaching
Take your leadership to the next level with guidance from experienced coaches. Our 1:1 programs are designed to support deep development through regular sessions, clear goals, and a safe space for critical reflection and real-life challenges.
As a member, you can invest in our advanced career development package F7 Leadership Coaching. The program consists of four coaching sessions, delivered by experienced leadership coaches. Each session is tailored to your specific coaching needs.
Additional coaching sessions can be purchased as needed.
