We typically recommend applying in English. Anticimex Innovation Center is an international company and most of the job postings are in English.

You can expect to participate in one or more screenings - on Teams or on the phone - by FACTOR 7's Recruitment Team. These screenings will cover all the "hard" facts to determine whether you meet the basic qualifications for the position, including salary expectations, working conditions etc. However, this screening is also for you to get as detailed a description of the position as possible and to evaluate wheter this is interesting for you or not. We take great pride in listening to your expectations to the job, hence your questions to us are equally important :-)
Next, we will arrange a client chemistry meeting to assess how well you and Anticimex Innovation Center are a fit in terms of the team, values and company culture. This will be an opportunity for you to meet with the hiring manager from Anticimex Innovation Center.
Should you and Anticimex Innovation Center decide to move on after the chemistry meeting, you will be invited for a 2nd interview where we will probably ask you to fill out a selection of assessment tests before the interview. At this 2nd interview, you will get the chance to meet other team members to discuss the role and the company.

We use a selection of personality and ability tests/tech cases, depending on the position, as a supplement to the interview/s.
The purpose of these assessments is to create a basis for the further dialogue about your personal resources, preferences, strengths and the unique spark that sets you apart as an individual. The dialogue will also cover any areas where you seek to enhance your behavior or skills (as we all have room to grow 😊).This will enable us to gain a deeper understanding of you and ensure that you and Anticimex Innovatin Center are an ideal match together.
In addition, you should expect that we will request a few references from previous employers.
